The package arrived when promised and excellent condition. At this point; I’m happy with the purchase. Since I haven't been able to get close to the recommended amounts. And the 99mg tablets ‘are’ to impracticable/costly. - Plus my Potassium needs change from day to day (dependent on the foods eaten, etc). Hence the reason to make the order. Along with the specs and so on. - Also had a 'Best Used Date' by 2021 and lot number (if needed is a good thing).-In my case, I also order a low cost digital scale when purchasing the potassium. I use ¼ and ½ low cost TSP to measure the qty needed. At this point; it doesn’t take long to figure out 250mg, 500mg, 1.2g range, etc. Since I am leaving a buffer from the 4700 RDA to keep from over doing things.-I started taking extra amounts of the 99mg tablets for about a week before receiving the product. So it allowed me time to adjust. - Started out with smaller quantity at first and slowly working my up additional amounts. Currently at 1.5g to 2.5g at this point (with taking a day off, or lighter amount on some days). - Just like any new addition to diet. It usually is better to start out low and see how things go. Plus making sure to make any adjustment for other supplements, or foods, etc. So adjustments/consideration has to be made for other things such as Magnesium, Sodium, Calcium, D3, K2, water intake/output, and so on (or supplements or foods – be it veggies, protein/fat, etc). - But this is exactly why I purchased bulk. For the flexibility/cost, etc.-I haven’t had any problems with taste in 8 oz of water (salty taste). I normally take with other vitamins/minerals and foods; with no problem. - Anyway, this will allow cost affective way to get additional Potassium that I am missing in my diet.-Also, as others have mentioned. My average SYS/DIA & pulse has lowered (about 5% at this point). And more when resting. And seems to help other supplements/foods/electrolytes to be more effective...... And hopefully helping down the road with nerves, digestion, hydration, insulin issues, proper sugar storage/usage, etc. At least I have additional control (we will see as time goes on). - Anyway, hope everyone has a good day.
