Pros

Good for beginners to workout at home. Elasticity is very good and can be stretched as many times as you workout. Door band is useful for solder and arm exercise. Nice product but should be be good for beginners.

It is a nice product, lives upto its description. Resistance is durable and lasts long. Would like it 6-10 inches longer.
