The tare feature helps you eliminate the container weight in which you're going to put your food in. We sell our homegrown agricultural products like pepper and turmeric. Handy product and easy to use to measure weight. Cheap and very usefull.
Cons
Do not buy this pathetic scale. Manufacturer probably put the circuit together and gathered the plastic from the garbage and stuck it around the circuit.
