With a bit of study it turned out to be just one teeeeeny tiny screw that wasnt put in correctly

My only criticism is that i had to trim a bit of plastic off the rotating arm base because with the batteries in and the lid screwed down it was catching on the batteries as it turned and stopping it turning back in the opposite direction

The instructions are actually pretty clear for a project of this complexity

We are actually going to modify it and increase the gripper strength and also interface it to the laptop and via bluetooth to a remote control app
