This is without doubt the most stylish kettle money can buy and i feel it has been very unfairly given a bad reviews on here

To address the issues people have had with unreliability mine finally stopped cutting off when boiling as i said after 4 years heavy use being a bit of an engineer i tracked it down to a relay assuming the warranty was long passed

I emailed epe group who are the service agents for bugatti in the uk asking if i could get a replacement relay

They phoned and suggested i send it to them i explained it was years old and i was happy to solder the thing in myself as a shot to nothing they said fine and to send a picture of the relay to make sure of part numbers etc
