This is our second season with this product
I cant say enough good things about this product
The first one came with the house we bought
Packaging/appearance
It was horrible and would come off in the heat and peeled off the paint
The reason for 4 stars is that it doesnt always close when coming through the screen
Unfortunately her nails pawing at the bells has resulted in a tear in the screen
I just wish there were more of them and no overlap in the screen

I have two great danes so installing a doggie door isnt worth the trouble or expense not to mention that a doggie door would have to be almost the size of a regular door anyway

With this product i can leave the sliding patio door open and the dogs can go in and out to their yard whenever they want yet the majority of the bugs cant get in the house

The dogs will often lay in their room and if they see a squirrel or another animal or person they will bolt out of the house through the bug off screen

The screen will fly open then click closed when the magnets connect again

The brackets have edges that prevent the spring bar from sliding in any direction so that the force that the dogs create when they zoom through the bug off screen door doesnt knock the spring rod loose as it would if it were just placed between the frame of the sliding patio door as the instructions indicate

The screen enables easy access without opening and closing sliding doors

It had both magnets and velcro on it in case you wanted to secure the edges and just walk thru the center of the screen
