Piece of cake after watching the videos. Yup it works and very well.

Alot easier to use than a file and way more accurate. You need to know what your looking for. This disc fit's.

Cons

The arbor (shaft) is bigger and will not fit in a 7/8 wheel. The grinding wheel arbor is plastic with nothing holding it in place on the motor shaft. The construction is fairly flimsy, so it is easy to get misalignment.
