It exudes quality through out. Works like grandma's gear. Well worth the price. It worths the money i paid.

See the video of the pressure cooker just at pressure, take a look at the flame height of the range top for an idea of heat input (medium low) this unit is very safe and easy to operate. The manual says it does have a safety lock though.

Buffalo 12 quart pressure cooker works great for roasts, soups, chili and dry beans. Can hold 5 quart jars that i keep in the freezer. Strain the bone broth and immediately make soup or chili.

Construction appears sturdy and of high quality. The silicone material is very sturdy.

Cons

There were no clear pics or descriptions of the base other than the diameter. There were zero instructions on how to use it as a canner. It does not come with any baskets or any containers. Not heavy duty at all.
