One side is soft & gentle enough for sensitive skin. The other side is perfect for exfoliating dry, peeling or rough skin. It has a rougher side and a softer side.

My only cons are that it is pricey and you need to replace it every couple of months. They are durable, long lasting & they always leave the skin clean. Is use it daily. Get them by the sixpack and never run out.

The double-sided buf puf is an excellent product but not easy to find. The facial buf puf is truly amazing for facial. My teenage kids use them too.

I think that qualifies me to speak to their quality and effectiveness. Came quicker than expected. But it's still so worth it. In short the best. Nothing is better.
