No wear or tear after wearing this every day for about two months so farits got those little magnetic snaps that are strong enough to stay in place but also make it easy to get stuff out of your bag

For security sake i kept my passport and money in the small zipper pocket that is on the back of the bag which is perfect

I love so many things about this bag including that it was very cheapcompared to the other backpacks its water proof inside and spill proof plenty of space and truly is just a great quality bag that will last me a long time
