This product does not do much of anything it gets hot and cuts through the wax but because its hot when you try to pick it up after cutting to the product just slips off so its a bit pointless if u wait for the tool to cool the product will be cooled rendering this thing all but useless i give it two stars because its a cool idea but at the end of the day its just not very useful and now just sits in my room considering its covered in wax it doesnt seem like something that i could return and its kinda cool to have to show your friends the idea of it is much more exciting then a demonstration it falls flat wow just wow
