Pros
In a half turn in on that one produced a noticeable improvement in the idle and instant throttle response. Solved my problem and comes with additional replacement/high use parts and tools. It seems to rev up faster and so the tiller does as well.
Cons
The carb only works with screws completely in and can't adjust out. Tried to adjust hi low screw and they were adjusted all the way in. I set them to 1& a 1/4 turns out and it wouldn't start.

While checking for a carb kiti saw a replacement carb was the way to goknowing that the passages were so minute

Using the supplied toolturning the outside screw had no effect

Returning that screw to its original positioni tried the inside screw

Choke works a little differently as it only stays in choke position with the throttle pulled where the old one stayed in choke position until manually moving the lever
