Pros
Right top screw idle mix adj. Works. Still does not idle perfect (both mix adjs roughly 1 1/4 full turns out) but should dial in eventually playing with idle adjs.
Cons
High idle also has issue, if i press full throttle it chokes out. My coil is good and this carb is just not allowing enough gas through.

Had to drill out the opening so the end of the throttle cable would seat correctly

The second mod was to remove one of the limiter caps so the air filter housing would fit back on
