Pros & Cons

Pros

The locking blade is an extremely important function of this knife. It is reasonable about not rusting if you wipe it down every now and then. The wood in the handle doesn't rot out.

This is what i carried onboard ship in the navy. Small enough to carry in your pocket, and big enough to do any job.

The knife has a nice weight, looks great, feels good in your hand. The finger grooves give you a non-slip grip. Holds an edge beautifully, and fits well in the hand.

The knife quality and construction is excellent. The finger groove model is way better than the traditional model. Otherwise typical buck quality.

A thinner, lighter, and more modern tactical flipper might be something you would want for edc use. It comes with a quality leather belt loop sheath.

Cons

The blade has the same rounded flaw as my family member's. Whether it's the blade centering, unfinished action or unfinished handle scales, they are all defective. I hope this difficulty was just a fluke as i truly love all my previous buck knives.
