Im going to tell you right up front that i was expecting to give this fan fewer stars when i agreed to review it and heres why i had just reviewed this oscillating usb fan and liked it so incredibly well that i figured that a nonoscillating fan like this couldnt hold a candle to it

What you cant do with that oscillating fan is actually tip and pivot the fan head so that it points wherever you want it
