Cute dress but i ordered according to the measurements on the waist but did not know it stretches bought xl should’ve bought my regular size small i weigh 128 5’0 my waist measures 83 but the skirt has stretch so small would’ve worked for me now xl is way too big

I would have to wear panty hose and a slip to make it work and i’m trying to be comfortable and cool so clearly this isn’t going to work

Probably could have worn a medium but was hoping the larger size would flow instead it hangs awkwardly
