Pros
The security of this router is strong. I have experience with previous router hubs of hackers them turning my device off when connecting. It works on both 2.
It's a slim device that can pass through a standard letterbox. No more freezing or buffering. Operating with a second router to effectively extend the coverage.
Cons

Highlights
Quality
Since installing the new smart hub the wifi hasn’t dropped once and the quality of signal and speed is brilliant
After a month now we have had no further issues and very happy with the modem
It is not stable with the old firmware and wifi cut out after a few days
Doesnt come with the broadband cable though so make sure you keep your existing cable if you have one
Price
The price was really good at being half that of bt
£45odd quid was a decent price for a better router
Packaging/appearance
This attempts to load the 5ghz band first and so optimises the load

Much stronger signal and faster than the previous generation

Just never though of bt as being on the ball with home networking compared to other specialist brands

Download speed has in increased to 56mbs but we still get buffering and no connection events disappointing

It does not show in any of the documents but it arrived with 3 ports and the 4th was for wan

Bought this as a short term upgrade as my home will be transitioning from adsl to fttp but i’ve got some quite time left on my contract

Bear in mind this hub came out 5 years ago no wifi 6 so if your on a connection faster than adsl 24mbps probably better to look elsewhere
