Makes and receives calls though no built in answer machine

I simply used a bt socket doubler and plugged the converse into that in parallel with the existing house phone

The phone has good call quality and a very good speaker phone

Reliability is average this is replacing one of two i bought previously a few years ago as the buttons stopped responding which appears to be its weak point
