Pros

These bars add some crunch to what could otherwise be a soft diet. I love these because they help me with my sweet cravings. The flavor of peanut butter is very pronounced it almost feels like eating a scoop.

These tend to be the best protein bar that's not so chalky taste vs other protein bars i have. These protein bars excel in both texture and taste.

Cons

What a disappointment. Truly disappointing. It can be a bit nauseating (so if you're especially triggered by that kind of thing, this isn't the bar for you).
