Pros

Vitamin shoppe is now one of my staple products. Since the plastic seal over the lid was still in tact i assume it’s fine.

In a 4-6 oz of liquid, 1 scoop if powder, ice, a squeeze of sugar free chocolate syrup & 1/2 tsp instant coffee. It's 120cal a scoop so with 16oz of 1% milk it's 320cal.

It tastes soooo good that i sometimes crave it. The vanilla flavor is amazing. Gets a frosty consistency and makes the drink far more tasty.
