Pros

Most micronized creatine retains the grit. It's lighter than powdered sugar and completely mixes with the protein shakes i make.

This product definitely help. Great product. Helped a lot. Love it so far. Also the quality seems better than other brands that i have tried.


Cons

Serving size is strange, the scoop is huge, but it claims 5g of creatine monohydrate. It * to scoop, you probably waste half a scoop everytime just because of the fluffiness of the stuff. Not tested for adulterants or other contaminants.
