Pros
Hold the sides while removing the center like what the instructions state. Comes with 2 extra batteries. Great feature because button batteries can be tricky to find and replace.

It's bright enough for me and i feel like it helps to be seen by motorist. Red glows nice and bright. The reflective print is cool too.
I use this bracelet when i jog and it's usually around sunset.
Cons
While it's not terrible it is a major drawback for me for what i use it for. Do yourself a favor and dont order blue.

And they do leave faint black lines on your skin if youre sweating while wearing them and theyre against bare skin

Have to be careful not to wear real baggie shirt as excessive material can cover them but when not covered shows well in the dark i use the flashing mode
