Pros
The greenery is not all pine, there are some thicker leaves mixed in to give it density. Our old tree - now going to goodwill, weighed 435 pounds and came in 4 large awkward to carry sections. Kudo's to brylanehome, and amazon.
The only downside is that, because it's a pop-up tree, the tree is a little sparse. The only negative item is you can see through the tree.
Cons
It is the most sad,pitiful, and depressing thing i have ever seen. Smells like one too. Horrible customer service from both.
Added weight of additional lights distorts the shape and 3. No way is there 300 lights on this tree. It is cheaply made and truthfully, embarrassing.
The stand is very thin plastic. It wasn’t even packaged securely. Offers no protection as it's flat as a pancake.

The tree skirt we purchased was too small a diameter and discovered that the tree goes to the floor which for us negated the need for the skirt all together

Also there customer service is outstanding i had a problem with my tree and they talked me right through it and still gave me 30 off
