Pros

Got this kb and am completely satisfied with it. Amazing quality and durability. Good price and shipped according to the prime parameters.

Great for training on more delicate floors such as wood, tile, linoleum, etc. Allows for weight adjustments that can not be done with regular kettle bells. Includes a 13 gallon trash bag as a moisture barrier without cutting access to seal.

Cons

Not very effective as a kettlebell. Good for some movements but bulkiness is still very awkward. Not recommended for strongman use. Handle is small and flimsy.
