Pros

The replacement arrived well-watered, well-packaged, and super healthy. The ceramic planter is just perfect. Great packaging, fast shipping.

The tree appears very healthy, fuller and bigger than expected and a vibrant green! And it is so healthy and thriving. I am a complete novice who's never had a bonsai before. Prune it once a year.

The aged curvy trunk makes it artsy and interesting. The tree is even nicer than the picture as it extends horizontally over the pond.

Cons

This item is a disgrace! Do not buy. The tree itself is skinny and thin. There should be a class action suit brought against them.
