Pros
This is the 5th tree i have gotten from brussel's and i love them all! Amazing shape. The soil is clean and there are no insects or strange smell of any type.
Lovely bonsai. Just totally amazed us. Would definitely purchase again. I just wish it came w more instructions.
Cons
Bonzi trees are not for beginners! The trunk has a nice twist to it but the foliage is sparse. See very little possibility for new foliage.
Of course it is not returnable. Beware of the vendor.

It has branches that should have been pruned and is missing branches on the side of the trunk that would have added to a better shape much like the one in the product image
