Both have a short rubber tee/holder that can accept a standard wooden tee. Love these tees for my hybrids.

The driver tee feels really short compared to a conventional tee so i end up using the oversize most of the time

If i want to tee up high the oversize is not enough and i have to switch to a conventional tee

The tubes they are in dont work very well at securing the tee as the lid usually ends up opening and i find them in the bottom of my bag outside the tube
