Which should be fine for coffee when brewed properly but with the majority of people heating up their kettle until boiling 212 degrees fahrenheit and dumping it in their french press i see this as a problem

Of course inevitably someone is going to receive one that is damaged in transit i am willing to bet that many that would have been shipped or cracked for mishandling are saved by the inner structure and bubble wrap of the box

I like that it comes to with glass mugs however the metal under the mugs do bend a little so they end up not balancing correctly
