Pros

Brunswick wild-caught sardines packed in olive oil are really delicious. The size of the filets are generous and the quality of the fish is much higher than most frozen filets available from the grocery store. I like that it's in olive because it tast...  Read More

These sardines are an absolute delight and exceeded all my expectations. Pricey though at around 3.

The texture is not as firm as whole sardines, but not mushy. The taste is great and the packaging is nice. Solid firm flesh with great texture and great flavor.

It's a harmonious blend that tantalizes the taste buds with each forkful. The red flavor is clean, no vinegar and has a nice warmth from the red chilis.

Cons

Large internal organs make for unappealing texture, as well as the fish falling apart when used in salads, pastas or other recipes. The texture is squishy. The ingredient label plainly says “herring’.

Olive oil feels more like 50% water, 40% some vegetable oil and 10% refined/light olive oil. They are at least edible, but overall extremely disappointed. These taste and smelled rotten.
