Pros & Cons
Pros
For such a small stove it is fantastic. Lightweight, compact, well made and relable. Last thing i wanted is a failing oven when i need it out in the backcountry.
What i do is buy mugs that are big enough to hold the canister, a bandana to ensure thecanister doesn't rust the bottom of the mug.
Price is great, i bought two, one for my sons pack. Good product at an excellent price. Amazing love it.
Cons
Burner is too dangerous to use while out backpacking. Won't even screw on top of my gas canister.
Highlights
Quality
Lightweight feels pretty sturdy for how insanely light and tiny it is cooks fast love the afterburner
Works as advertised light weight and compact
Water boiled within 2 to 4 mins since every morning and evening was not the same temperature outside made it vary a little but no issues
Flame not very adjustable narrow window of output for a stable flame even in still air
Price
The price great produit i use for wild camping and hicking
So i would rate this as awesome and worth every penny it cost and would say grab a second one as a back up in case they stop making them
Id still say its good for the price and weight but for a clutz like me i wouldnt buy it again
Price is great i bought two one for my sons pack
Packaging/appearance
No backup gasket was included in the package i received
Even if you got two and packed two it would weigh less then a msr rocket
Competitiveness
Not the fastest boil time in the world but also uses less fuel this way
