Pros & Cons

Pros

Puroraw brown rice flour is a somewhat finely ground pure rice flour. It has a very mild, neutral flavor that goes with everything. This particular brand and product are great.

Brown rice flour produces a nice caramelized crust. It is more crumbly than wheat flour, less chewy, and still quite dense, though with a hint of fluffiness.

The dough isn't as stretchy as a gluten dough, but it’s pretty easy to shape. Great for making flat bread within gluten free flour mix, as well as chinese rice noodles. A staple for anyone on a keto or gluten-free diet.

Cons

Don't buy this product. The texture is like sand. Really disappointing and super *.

It also added a bit of bitterness to the waffles so i suggest using this flour in sweet recipes so that the sugar can cover up the bitterness a little
