Pros

The sorters are made of wood and removable for easy customizing. The high dividers keep the files upright, and the incline makes all of the files visible. Separators are flexible, so they are not firmly seated, and can be a little wobbly.

My co-worker wishes that she had my model instead. Helped clean up my desk without that cheap look.
