Pros & Cons
Pros
Feels amazing on the skin even when used with a heavy scratchy 100% wool blanket. It was super comfortable, plenty big enough, rolls up small, and saved me from sketchy sheets. The thread-count (weave) of the material looks to be about half of what i ... Read More
The princess andamp; the pea is a great story & all, but i don't need to be a part of the reenactment. The openings are perfect and they are reinforced at the corners where the openings are so there is little chance of tearing.
This liner is large enough to not feel constricted (it’s a large rectangle) and gives that feeling of luxury like you are sleeping on silk sheets. Great for the average person who might roll around a bit or be a side sleeper, this is a great liner.
This is lighter than the listing states. Could not be happier and will buy more even at this price.
This is a little warmer than i need, but i am looking forward to trying it in cooler climes! On cooler or variable nights i’d start in the liner with the sleeping bag partially zipped at the foot and adjust the zipper as the temperature dropped.
Cons
When they say light weight, they actually mean the lightest weight. This silk will provide zero protection, it is just too thin. It's so easy to read apart the seams and it's very static.
Highlights
Quality
I am very happy with the purchase
It has washed up nicely with the rest of my laundry
We are frequent travelers and it is hard to find a fine quality sleeping liner
On warm nights it worked alone or with the sleeping bag unzipped as a quilt
Competitiveness
Having to scootch into the liner from the top is a small inconvience for the protection these bags provide you

This product sacrifices the typical smooth as silk feel in order to be lightweight thats good news for backpackers who are wanting to keep weights as low as possible but it is bad news for travelers or campers who are expecting this product to mimic luxurious bed sheets

The raw edges are encased in french seams rather than simply being zigzagged to prevent fraying

If the side openings were longer they would not stay properly closed as you moved in your sleep and your arms and torso would be exposed to the bedding
