Pros
Wifi works extremely well. Works well in simultaneous wireless and usb connection modes. It connects directly to googles servers too.
Startup to actually print a document is quick. We've not had a single jam anywhere on this machine. I wish it could print more than 9 - 10 envelopes at a time before needing to re-loaded.
One caveat for some it's huge! Both heavy and large. Large capacity tray and colors are excellent. Solid machine, but very heavy (about 65 lbs).
Does multiple paper sizes, speedy quality paper; scanner is amazing and the fax woks like a fax! It prints duplex flawlessly, and the scanner even works with my linux box. Scan to usb stick.
This printer really excels in printing documents. The print quality is great for a color laser printer and the functionality is acceptable for my small home office. Photographs are ok especially with photo paper.
Cons
This printer is 1. Constantly gives error messages when all settings and paper is aligned properly. The color when it comes out is also terrible, often times leaving streaks everywhere. Controlcenter 4 software leaves a lot to be desired.
This printer is very very very slow. They are loud, temperamental, and expensive to run. And it is terribly heavy.

The quality of the b/w and color printing is hard to beat.

The quality seems within low picture standard.

This printer was twice the price of many others i looked at--the print quality is there.
The color print quality is sufficient, but not as great as i was hoping.

I don't like the cost of the toners--- for sure!
Shipping
Only had it a bit, but seems fast, easy to use, and i expect it last.
Packaging/appearance
I was concerned that the large size of the package and complexity of the packaging would be hard to return and replace.
I should also say packaging was excellent!

My disappointment was the impression that is would have dual sided scanning as well.

They should make the very very clear since it was print dual sided you would assume the scanning capabilities would be there too.
