Pros
My fiance says once i break it in i will never ride on anything but brooks! It looks terrific, she says it feels great already, but hasn't been on any long rides yet. I will tighten as needed however, my wife claims that it is just right just now.

So comfortable and well made i put this on my superpedestrian kilt and its fantastic
Heavy but built to last a lifetime
It makes a noise like plastic when i tap on it and has very little give at first
The seat feels like really hard plastic and i thought this is going to be so uncomfortable

Well worth the price for a comfortable bike ride
This is a very nice leather saddle at an affordable price
Could not find this one at lbs at this price so ordered here instead

The saddle was package very good and arrive on time with no damage
This came in the mail and i thought 34wow those people writing about saying this was so comfortable were paid to do this

I took it out of the box put it on my bike and it was love on the first ride
The saddle was just like it was pictured not as it was advertised
The box did come with a wrench which i am assuming it is to be used on the springs or somewhere on the seat but havent used it
Right out of the box i found it much more comfortable then the electra townie saddlie i put on my raleigh cruiser

Since most bikes dont come with brooks saddles many riders dont know about them
She ikes it much better than anything else it fits her which in cycling is essential

I put this on my kalkhoff tasman classic impulse electric bike which originally came with a brooks saddle but part of the purchase i replaced with a softer gel one 34selle bassano feel gt34 because when testing the kalkhoff bike with the brooks saddle i felt it was way too stiff

Riding on the 34selle bassano feel gt34 never felt completely comfortable so i looked at replacing with the original brooks saddle plus it would add to the classic look of the bike again

Upon receipt of the saddle i put on my bike same day and used the wax it came with to help break in the seat

I wasnt sliding off and didnt feel the bulk as i did with the gel seat

Dont understand why i like my new brooks seat and not the original one but there were a few differences the original was on a display and was probably broken in with multiple riders the other brooks seat was the 34aged tan with laces and black chrome springs34 mine is 34honey chrome without laces34 and the saddle seat is set up for mei will continue to wax for breaking in as it notes in the instructions
