I havent used them yet but they are very soft though there is no instruction how to wash them so i guess i have to look for one

The one thing to keep in mind is that these are flat circles covering a rounded surface so i do have to flatten them out and take a few extra seconds to make sure they arent bunching around the edges

After a couple hours i leak right through

If i ever forget to put them back in my bra my nipple sticks to my bra and is very painful to detach

They also didnt leak through due to the waterproof liner

My only downfall would be not being able to have a sticky adhesive to stay in place
