The back cushion is comfortable and adjustable and the arm cushions are extremely cushy and protective. It's different from the one i usually use in the gym that gives a lot of supports on the lower back to reduce injury.

It is very sturdy even on a carpeted floor. It isn't the most durable material but it'll hold up. The oval tubing is pretty good for such a lightweight design.

All the tools needed are included. It is fairly easy to assemble it within 1h if you just did by yourself. There weren't any missing pieces or extras at the end of assembly.

Product is very flimsy. Says it supports up to 400 lbs. The “resistance bands” are not even resistance bands they feel like a worn out elastic rope. The triangle handle bars on top says 30kg max what adult weighs that less?

Not built well at all. It is very wobbly and we have tightened all the bolts multiple times. Very shaky and finicky.
