I like the bronson vitamin c product but this time i tried the sustained release version and im not sure if i like it

T is a lot of vit c so much that i feel nauseous 3 minutes after taking it and it lasts for what feels like 30

I might start splitting the pill because they aren’t coated very thick so they start “reacting” with your tongue or drink anyway its sour

Nausea can happen when you take too much of a vitamin and vit c is the one that usually causes this but i am a light or underweight so that could be a factor
