Pros
Plastic is actually a softer kind of feel, yet durable. The bidet knob has a good feel to it and its not a loud creak. The dials are intuitive and easy to turn.
Not bad just have to get used to it. It's probably not for everyone, but do not hesitate to give it a try. Works like a charm. Tkr is not always easy for some people.

Water stream is powerful and cleans your backside well. One for off, one for pre rinse. Keep turning past rinse detent and bidet starts.
The stream is strong unlike the lotus 500. Keep rotating for more pressure. The pressure adjustment works well and has ample pressure.
Cons
If the knob is rotated off by even 1 mm, it continues to slowly leak draining the tank. It also sprays water everywhere. The knob to turn is right against the bowl.
The rear jet is so forceful it hurts. Another complaint is that the posterior water stream doesn't quite hit me in the right place.

Small bumper peace was missing but customer service sent a replacement relatively quickly
Now i know why europeans complain when they come to the us and bathrooms dont have bidets

Very solid compared to two other biobidets and another 300 brondell
The seat looks nice and works great compared to cheaper bidets
Also the title says last bidet because i dont see a need for a more expensive bidet
We purchased this unit because of the low profile seat compared to some other units

I like it it was easy for me to install i’m 80 years old but the knob to turn on the water is very difficult to turn very heavy it should be longer to get a better grip or different handle
