Pros

The seat gets toasty warm! The water gets nice and warm too (although if you use the full three minute wash, it cools down quite a bit but not to an uncomfortable level) everything is controllable, seat temp.

The remote directions are surprisingly succinct. The only * i have is that the remote could be backlit for nighttime trips to the bathroom.

The size/mass of the bidet is immense and will take some getting used to. The seat is very comfortable. There are only a few minor inconveniences. The unit has a little trouble fitting on an old fashioned standard size toilet.

This bidet cleans him completely from from to the back end. I like that the nozzle is stainless steel. It's a little more work to clean than a regular toilet seat, but not a deal breaker.

It definitely blasts your derriere. I wish it sprayed just a liiiitttttttllleee farther front but i just scoot back a little on the seat to accommodate for that.

Cons

Buyer beware. The specs for measuring are wrong. The measurements were in spec but the toilet bowl rim sits about an inch inside of the toilet seat.

First time the hose leaked everywhere. At the one year mark the nozzle inside starts to drip. The nozzle no longer drips but after it cycles it sprays water as a leak out of the nozzle for 3 minutes up to 20 mins.

If you can afford it go for it

00 to have the handyman to come remove it and another fee to reinstall it after the repair

I did need to purchase an inexpensive flex tube to replace the old rigid pipe from the water supply
