Love the heated seat option. Heated water is ok, but our supply starts at about 55 degrees so its not a product issue. It is nice to have a heated toilet seat in the winter.

It appears to be very solidly built. My only very faint the installation manual's text is clear, but the accompanying illustrations have for some reason been shrunk down beyond the limits of readability.

One disables the beep that (by default) would sound when you sit down. There is a sensor that detects when someone is going to use the toilet and primes itself for use.

Cons

The strength of the water flow from the 900 is actually painful. As for the heated seat, the heat is spotty and the entire seat does not get even close to warm.
