Pros

This brondell is the base model with heating functions. Many bidets have a lot of different features but honestly, heated water is the most important to us.

Cons

All of a sudden it completely shuts off. Then need to restart it. Not an acceptable life-span for a costly device. This toilet seat is the biggest piece of trash i’ve ever owned.

The only one that looks good is the one in the guest suite that hardly gets used. The bidet has a tough time getting clearance to wipe myself.

Repair $45. Had to pay shipping and expensive replacement bill. It is the part of this product that is poorly made and they will not replace it for you. Can no longer be returned via amazon so must deal with brondell.
