Easy to put on but snug enough not to flap around. Great cover. Nicely made. Very pleased with the purchase.

The fit is good. It fit our 43 lg flat screen perfectly. Covers my 42 inch perfectly, nice snug fit.

I love that this newer one has velcro all across the bottom too. Great investment for your outside tv.

Cons

Open at the bottom and very lightweight. Does not fit my 60 samsung.
