Pay attention to the wire routing clips and the rubber damper rings on either end. I recommend you also buy the rubbery mounting vibration insulators.

Some reviews complain that it is noisy. Our second bathroom has a new unit which is much quieter. Much more quiet than the old motor with failing bearings/bushings.
