Pros

This part is an exact replacement for our bathroom exhaust fan. This unit replaces broan 688-j motor/fan. Needed to replace bathroom fan installed by builder.

This is the second one i've installed to replace two older units. It works perfectly. Hard to find anywhere, but finally found on amazon.

Cons

The power plug hole isn’t the same and the size is different.

I measured the unit at about 7 1834 aby 7 1434 and in comparing it to the original sidebyside it was a dimensional match
