Pros

Easy to install, sound is normal dingdong. Mounted to wall connected the wiring and put the cover on, works great. Takes paint very well. It's loud enough.

Bought this to replace an old nutone doorbell, used existing transformer, wiring and switch. Works as expected with my skybell video doorbell. You should check the output on your doorbell transformer.

Cons

Extremely disappointing product. Though it is not a significant amount of money in the scheme of things, it just adds to the frustration. Burned out within a month.

The zoom image photos shown are misleading. It sticks out real far and is not flush with the wall as shown. Not sure what * quality. Online pics show it as very bright white.

It hums too. Don't recommend the nu tone door bell. We have a one story, 1900 sq ft house and it's not loud enough.
