Pros

Not annoying not overpowering, but definitely the right amount of white noise for a bathroom. This thing is so much quieter, was really surprised as to how little noise it makes. It's a bit noisy but no more than the earlier model.

Well constructed item. Light is an added bonus.

Cons

Fan is moderately quiet, and without having any way to check air flow, seems to move an ok amount of air. Light cover (not the fan/motor) vibrates every 5 minutes! The cover vibrations are much louder than the fan noise.

The fan strength is minimal the light fixture doesn't work. Although the amazon description clearly states it includes a 7w nightlight, this model does not.

This is lower than builder grade equipment. Anything with the broan name is banned from the property. This is horrible!

It has tabs on only one side for mounting it to a joist. Just a cruddy way to design something to attach. The exhaust duct connector, flimsy plastic piece, that slips onto side of box is junk.
