Pros

This fan was easily installed and looks great. It has a sleek, clean look, and does it's job at a reasonable humming volume. The heater is not noisy and heats up the small bath very quickly.

This heater looks great in our freshly repainted all white bathroom. I love the warmth it provides while i’m showering. Especially during winter.

Cons

Bad design and fan blade material is how. Calling broan for service identified a heater core as a defective part. I wish i had listened to the reviews on this item, but you will probably do as i did and think people was just over exaggeration.

The heater fan is ungodly loud. Heater vibrates and is noisy.
