Nice replacement for my braun bathroom fan motor. Used this as a bathroom exhaust fan replacement. Works perfectly for my bath exhaust fan unit.

Cons

Fan shaft is smaller than original as well, requiring a new squirrel cage fan. Shaft not same size for broan fan. Does not inter change.
