Pros

Just unplugged and pried out the old one and snapped in the new one. Easy install. Longevity unknown as of now. Super easy repair - plug and play.

It is a little noisier than my original.

Direct replacement for nutone c350c2 b unit. Have been searching for a motor to replace my existing motor. Motor and fan can easily be swapped over to the other housing if needed.

Works great & saves $$. Reasonably priced compared to others.

This unit fits perfectly and was very easy to install.

Cons

Just setting it up when someone searches nutone fan 696n is completely misleading. Recommend not cheating out and just buying a better replacement fan. Took it back out and am rebuilding with another fan.

Mounting bracket is too large and the tabs are on the wrong side. Even if you modified the bracket you would still need to put in a longer plug.
